With a gift for identifying beauty and potential, Adel oversees the strategic growth of the brand, including the launch of "Hope Academy", the upcoming "Hope Travels", "Journey of Hope", and several other projects currently in the making. She provides the creative spark and the visionary leadership that keeps Hope Sphere expanding into new horizons.
Maricha Swart
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
As the first person to join the journey, Maricha has been instrumental in evolving Fair of Hope into the premium destination it is today. She serves as the essential bridge between vision and reality—managing vendor communications, all social media platforms, and the brand’s digital infrastructure. From web design to the creation of the Academy’s enrollment systems, Maricha is the driving force that takes Adel’s concepts and executes them with precision and elegance.
Wernich Swart
Logistics Manager & Director of Hope Academy
Wernich is the hands-on force that ensures Fair of Hope runs seamlessly on the ground. From coordinating large-scale physical branding and banners to providing direct support to vendors during setup and throughout the event, he is the anchor of our live operations. Beyond the fairgrounds, Wernich is dedicated to community empowerment through education, currently leading the day-to-day operations and growth of Hope Academy.
